What PR Tracker is

A tool for recording the dates of your own Canadian permanent residence application and seeing how long each stage has typically taken for other applicants who chose to share their dates.

What it is not

It is not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, or with the Government of Canada. We have no access to your application, your file, or any official system. We cannot tell you anything IRCC has not already told you.

It is also not immigration advice. Under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, only licensed immigration consultants, lawyers and Quebec notaries may advise or represent someone on an immigration application. Nothing in this app — including anything contributed by other applicants — is advice about your case.

About the estimates

Predicted dates are calculated from dates that other applicants entered themselves. They are not official processing times, not a commitment, and not a forecast IRCC would recognise.

Individual cases vary for reasons the app cannot see — additional document requests, background checks, errors in a submission, policy changes. Where we do not have enough data to produce a reliable figure, the app says so instead of showing a number.

Do not make a decision that affects your application, your travel, your job or your status on the basis of an estimate here. Check IRCC's own processing times, and speak to a licensed professional about your case.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping access to your account secure. Enter only your own application's dates. Do not enter government identifiers such as your UCI or application number — the app does not need them and has nowhere to put them.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• enter deliberately false dates, which degrades the figures everyone relies on
• attempt to identify individual applicants from the aggregate figures
• scrape, resell or redistribute the data
• use the app to break any law, or to interfere with its operation

We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We do not guarantee the app will be available, complete or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. Your dates remain yours and can be deleted at any time from Settings.

Liability

Ending your use

You can delete your account and data from Settings at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Changes

We will update this page if these terms change, and tell you in the app before anything significant takes effect.

Privacy

What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy, and the specifics of how your dates feed the shared figures are in how your dates are used.
